Eventyr, a part of Sigma Software Group, is actively scaling and enhancing its recruitment capabilities. We are looking for a Head of Recruitment — a leader who will shape top-tier IT teams by integrating innovative approaches and cutting-edge technologies into the talent acquisition process.

What do we already have? We’ve developed a unique candidate research and outreach process, transforming it into a scalable product. Now we need a professional to lead this direction, manage the full cycle of its implementation, and align it with our strategic goals. We provide technical support and a product vision for the “search of the future,” and we expect you to bring expertise in improving and evolving this solution.

This role requires strategic vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the global talent market — including recruitment process automation, AI-driven analytics, and Executive Search.

Our Expectations
Expectations

  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, including 1+ years in a team leadership role
  • Global expertise: proven experience entering international markets (USA, Europe, Latin America, Asia)
  • Deep understanding of the IT market and its trends
  • Recruitment Tech implementation: experience with ATS systems, automation tools, and AI-driven recruitment solutions
  • Data & analytics: ability to work with KPIs, apply data-driven approaches, and forecast hiring needs
  • Strong leadership skills: building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Strategic thinking: aligning recruitment initiatives with overall company goals
  • English proficiency – B2 or higher

    Would be a plus:
  • Understanding of legal aspects of hiring in different jurisdictions (compliance, contracts, cooperation formats)
  • A strong network in the IT outsourcing and product company space.

  • Shaping and executing a hiring strategy that aligns with the dynamics of the IT market and the company’s business goals
  • Leading and developing the recruitment team, implementing best practices in automation and AI-driven solutions
  • Optimizing and automating the hiring processes to increase efficiency
  • Adapting the hiring process and recruitment funnel to achieve the highest effectiveness
  • Leveraging recruitment metrics and analytics to make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify talent needs and build strategic recruitment plans
  • Entering new markets and developing effective talent acquisition strategies
  • Engaging in strategic hiring (Executive Search) — with hands-on involvement in sourcing top-level executives.
