We are looking for an experienced Middle Recruiter who will help us find top IT professionals, improve hiring processes, and collaborate with hiring managers to build outstanding teams. If you're proactive, analytical, and ready to leverage modern AI tools for talent sourcing — this role is for you!

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment with an understanding of hiring specifics in outsourcing/outstaffing
  • Proficiency with AI tools for automating the hiring process
  • Strong knowledge of the IT market and technologies at the recruiter level
  • Experience conducting HR interviews and assessing candidate fit for roles
  • Analytical skills and the ability to provide structured feedback — evaluating both risks and strengths of candidates
  • Excellent communication skills — building long-term relationships with candidates
  • English level B1–B2 — for communication with candidates worldwide

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle — from gathering requirements to the successful onboarding of candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, gaining a deep understanding of business and team needs
  • Analyze candidate profiles for alignment with requirements (technical skills, project experience, soft skills)
  • Conduct HR interviews, assessing motivation, cultural fit, and potential risks
  • Provide structured feedback based on interview results
  • Maintain a candidate database and nurture relationships with top talent
  • Optimize hiring processes through recruitment metrics analysis
  • Use AI tools to automate sourcing and recruitment
  • Monitor the IT talent market and adapt strategies according to current trends.
